"AS IS" SALE DISCLAIMER - FINAL SALE
The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the full opportunity to inspect the Vessel thoroughly, including all mechanical, electrical, and structural components.
THE BUYER ACCEPTS THE VESSEL IN ITS EXISTING CONDITION, "AS IS, WHERE IS."
The Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition of the Vessel. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or refunds will be accepted after the execution of this Bill of Sale. The Vessel is sold with the understanding that it is in full working order at the time of transfer, but any future maintenance or repairs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
